DAY 1: BANGALORE TO MALPE VIA MANGALORE (425 kms) (10th November, 2017)

We meet on the outskirts of Bangalore at 6 30 AM and begin our ride towards Hassan. After breakfast enroute, we proceed towards Hassan. Soon after, we ride past the beautiful town of Sakleshpur and further through the curvy roads of Shiradi Ghats. We have lunch close to Mangalore and proceed towards Udupi, to the north of Mangalore and reach our resort at afternoon. 

A bit of relaxing and freshening up, we can choose from an array of things to do in the evening- relax in the infinity pool overlooking the backwaters, hit the beach, catch some waves surfing at Shaka Surf Club, go for a Ayurvedic massage at the health centre or head to Manipal to party!


DAY 2: AROUND MALPE, UDUPI & MANIPAL (50 kms) (11th November, 2017)

A relaxed start to the day, today we get to eat the famous Udupi food (veg) at Mitra Samaj. We then head to Diana Ice creams and try Gadbad where it was born!

An afternoon of satisfying our tastebuds and the stomach, and we can choose to do what we want in the evening, depending on how we spent Day 1.


DAY 3: MALPE TO BANGALORE VIA CHARMADI GHATS (420 kms) (12th November, 2017)


Today, we begin our journey back to Bangalore after a relaxed breakfast at the resort. We take a different route via Charmadi Ghats today, and after lunch enroute, should be reaching back to Bangalore by late evening. 





The rider is expected to have good motorcycling experience and riding skills. Riders must have prior experience in riding on ghat section roads. There is no restriction on bringing a pillion along. Protective gear is advisible for the ride. Full-face helmets are mandatory for rider and pillion. 



Motorcycles are expected to be well-serviced before the ride. Bikes must have the tanks full before the start of the ride. 

Both rear-view mirrors are compulsory for the motorbikes. 



Riders are expected to carry their own water bottles during the ride. Good quality sun block is recommended. This ride does not provide a backup vehicle and no mechanic for the entire tour. Riders are expected to carry basic spare parts for the bikes. In case of break-downs or mechanical issues with the bike, the team will work as a group in finding the best solution for the issue.
